Wallace State Community College (Dothan) 2+2 Scholarship

Funder: Alabama Poultry Foundation / Alabama Poultry and Egg Association (APEA)

Purpose: Provides scholarships for students enrolled in the Agricultural Production Program or subsequent Poultry Science Program at Wallace Community College Dothan who intend to transfer to Auburn University and major in Poultry Science.

Program Description: The 2+2 program allows students to attend Wallace State for 2 years taking introductory poultry science classes, then transfer to Auburn University to complete a degree in poultry science. Program started in 2016.

Award History: In 2023, $5,000 awarded in 2+2 scholarships

Funding: Additional contributions from donors are accepted. All disbursements subject to fund conditions.
