VSS Human Trafficking

Direct services funding for victims of human trafficking (sex and/or labor trafficking) with three tiered funding levels: Tier 1 - Evidence-based trauma-informed training and/or equipment purchases; Tier 2 - Direct services and wrap-around services without direct mental health care (requires MOU with Single Points of Contact); Tier 3 - Direct shelter/housing with emergent shelter, long-term shelter, transitional housing, and wrap-around services including case management, transportation, advocacy, mental health care, and job training (requires MOU with Single Points of Contact). No match requirement. Faith-based agencies eligible if compliant with 28 CFR Subpart 38.5.
