Overview
Direct services to victims of human trafficking (sex and/or labor). Three funding tiers: Tier 1 provides evidence-based training and/or equipment purchases; Tier 2 supports trauma-informed services and wrap-around services without direct mental health or shelter; Tier 3 provides direct shelter/housing with emergency, long-term, or transitional units plus wrap-around services including case management, transportation, advocacy, mental health care, and job training. Eligible agencies must serve human trafficking victims, provide evidence-based and trauma-informed services, and maintain formal MOUs with Single Points of Contact.
