Eligible applicants must plan to enroll in a trade program, certification, apprenticeship, or two-year community college program at an educational institution in the United States. Preference is given to non-traditional students, reflecting the scholarship’s goal of expanding access to technical education and strengthening Ohio’s workforce and manufacturing legacy.
