Program Description
Grants provide funding for youth organizations and schools to bring groups to Volcano Adventure Camp at Lassen Volcanic National Park for week-long camping experiences. The camp opened in 2016 and is specifically designed to accommodate school and youth groups.- Eligible Applicants: - Nonprofit organizations assisting underserved youth - Public schools - Organizations helping needy or at-risk youth - Groups with for-profit status may require a non-profit fiscal sponsor - Minimum group size: 6 people - Maximum group size: 80 people
