5. Significance — Short review of expected contributions from research
6. Facilities — Description of available facilities (especially if unusual techniques/resources will be used)

Budget Requirements:

• Use provided budget sheet or your own detailed format
• Be as specific as possible
• List all topics specified on budget sheet

Review Timeline

• Proposals reviewed within approximately 6 weeks
• Decisions made by Board of Directors (meets 4 times annually)
