Vitality Grants: Preserving Historical Assets The Historic Preservation Action Area supports our goal to strengthen regional vitality by preserving our region’s historical assets and promoting educational efforts that build on these assets. Applications are invited from nonprofit organizations with programs that support this goal. Of particular interest are projects that: Result in preservation of historical assets, with attention to projects with long-lasting impact that foster economic development and equity in regards to stories told and physical assets preserved;Contribute to community or neighborhood revitalization;Promote sustainability or expression of a sense of place; andProvide new opportunities for the community to engage with our region’s rich historical assets.Eligibility
