Overview: In honor of ViaCU's 90th anniversary, the credit union is awarding nine $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors.

Award Amount: $1,000 per scholarship (9 scholarships available)

• 90th Anniversary: Education Major
• 90th Anniversary: Finance Major
• 90th Anniversary: Skilled Trades
• John M. Clevinger Memorial
• Earl B. Whitecotton Memorial
• Clair Stafford Memorial
• P. David Huffman Memorial
• Richard D. Kibbey Honorary General

Eligibility Requirements

• Applicant Status: High School Seniors
• Membership Requirement: Must have been a ViaCU member for at least one year by application deadline
• Academic Requirement: Maintain a cumulative High School GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Geographic Scope: Eligible high schools in Indiana counties served by ViaCU (Blackford, Delaware, Grant, Hamilton, Howard, Huntington, Kosciusko, Madison, Miami, Tipton, Wabash, Wells)

Application Timeline

• Applications Available: January 1 - March 15, 2027
• Deadline: March 15, 2027

Award Details

• Scholarship will be awarded upon receipt of proof of college registration
• Awards made payable directly to the recipient
