Veterans Program
Overview: A way for the Masonic Home to recognize and thank Masonic veterans. A special ceremony has been created to recognize and thank Masonic veterans in Lodge or Chapter in front of their families and friends.

How to Request a Flag Presentation/Veterans Recognition
1. Submit the Flag Presentation Request form with the following information:
- Lodge or Chapter name
- Contact person (first and last name)
- Phone number
- Email
- Date of presentation (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Time of presentation (hours, minutes, AM/PM)
- Location of presentation
- Additional comments or information
2. Mail or call the Masonic Home to submit the request

- Conducted by Masonic Home Ambassadors
- Takes place at the requesting Lodge or Chapter
- Each veteran receives flag, pin, and certificate
