Procurement program to enhance opportunities for veteran-owned small businesses to perform on state-funded contracts. Only the work of a certified VSBE vendor, performing as a subcontractor or prime contractor, can be counted toward a VSBE contract goal. Verification of veteran status and certification in the VSBE Program are performed online in eMaryland Marketplace Advantage, the state's vendor platform.
