Valley County Masonic Endowment Program Guidelines The Valley County Masonic Endowment at the Montana Community Foundation was established by the Nemont Manor Foundation, Inc. The Valley County Masonic Endowment Fund is funded through a $1.25 million gift from the Nemont Manor Foundation, Inc, from the sale of the Nemont Manor, an affordable housing facility in Glasgow, Grants from the fund will support charitable organizations making a positive impact in Valley County.Eligibility
