Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation (UOLF) The goal/purpose of this need-based scholarship program is to create opportunities for all individuals/families to participate in PCSS sport programs regardless of ability to pay. Funds are not guaranteed and are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Level 1 Scholarships Entry level program scholarships (need is based on self-reported monthly household income). Level 2 scholarships Standard scholarship request.Eligibility

Prior to applying/receiving a grant, eligible athletes must register to be part of a UOLF or PCSS Sport Program.Level 1 Scholarships: Entry LevelEligible programsSkimo - DevoSki Jumping - Fundamentals 1 DayCross Country - Mini Gliders, Kinder Gliders, Kickers & GlidersYouth Development - all one day programs are eligible, but no need to complete a Level 1 application unless applying for more than 25% scholarship. Scholarship Eligibility based on Household Income25% of program tuitionHouseholds reporting less than $12,750 income/month ($153,000/year)Level 2 Scholarships: High PerformanceAthletes registering for any other PCSS programs (excluding Alpine) may apply for this needs-based scholarship. You must be a member of this organization to apply for this award - become a member. 1. Have no disciplinary issues with club/program in the last fiscal year. 2. Be current on all program fees. 3. Must abide by all policies and procedures established by UOLF or PCSS. Any violations will result in applicant responsible for paying back 100% of funds received within 30 days of violation. 4. Must be a primary resident of Utah. 5. UOLF reserves the right to request additional information and verification of AGI/monthly household incomeIneligibility
