USA Football’s Flag Equipment Grant USA Football’s Flag Equipment Grant is available for youth organizations, middle schools, and high school girls flag football programs who need flag belts and footballs. For this grant, organizations will generally receive USA Football-branded items but may, from time to time, also receive equipment grants or offers from our grant partners. For this grant, we offer USA Football-branded flag belts (velcro or pop-socket) and footballs. USA Football will determine the quantity and size of flag belts and footballs awarded, if any, based on your answers to the application questions. USA Football will issue these items from our warehouse partners, you are not able to choose these items from a catalog or website.
