- 2017-2018 Campaign: 25 agencies funded (applications postmark deadline: April 6, 2017)
- 2018-2019 Campaign: 24 agencies funded (applications postmark deadline: March 27, 2018)
- 2019-2020 Campaign: Applications postmark deadline: April 9, 2019; Committee meetings April 29 and May 6

4. Committee Review
- Grants Committee evaluates based on funding priorities and community needs assessment
- Committee recommends appropriate grants to Board of Directors
- Board makes final funding decisions
