Overview: The Fellowship is an intensive leadership development program that prepares aspiring school leaders to create and lead high-performing, intentionally diverse charter schools. Fellows participate in a full-time, paid residency at a member host school site. The Fellowship culminates in the launch of a new intentionally diverse school.

Host School Requirements

1. Initial Phone Screen - Schedule a phone screen with DCSC staff
2. Resume Review - Submit resume for initial evaluation
3. Phone Screen Interview - Discuss background, experience, and goals
4. Work Product Review - Provide writing sample or work product
5. Final Interview - Interview with DCSC staff and board members
