4. Roundtable Discussions (In-person) - Historically at Amalie Arena; help select winners
5. One-on-One Mentoring (Virtual) - Individual guidance with mentees
6. Mentor & Mentee Networking Social (In-person) - Deeper guidance and networking
7. Scholarship Awards Night & Check Presentation (In-person) - Historically at Tropicana Field during Rays game; celebrate winners with families, board, and partners
- Accomplished former student-athletes
- Respect for core PCA principles
- Ability to offer guidance on field/court and life success
- Available for multiple mentoring events throughout program
Eligibility (For Mentors)
- High school seniors
- Must exemplify Triple-Impact Competitor® attributes
- Selected by committee with mentor input
- Receive scholarship funds plus mentorship support
- Gain relationships and network of professional supporters
