Selection Criteria:

Must meet admission requirements of Marquette University Graduate program of choice

Must have completed the Peace Corps, AmeriCorps, Jesuit Volunteer Corps, Teach for America, or other comparable full-time service program OR have 2+ years of full-time employment with a nonprofit organization

Demonstrate leadership potential

Care for the well-being of others

Passionate about issues of social and economic justice

Wish to acquire experience in the urban nonprofit sector

Student Requirements:

Work at nonprofit agency placements 18 hours per week during the academic year and 40 hours per week during summer

Complete master's degree programs in two academic years (approximately 9 credits per semester)

Take three courses together as a cohort (required for all Trinity Fellows regardless of graduate program)

Participation in monthly personal and professional development reflections

Participation fee of $1,250 per semester
