Geographic Scope: Dallas, Texas - specifically targeted for Dallas Catalyst Project neighborhoods (Mill City and Forest District)

Mission: Fostering equitable community development and neighborhood revitalization

Eligibility: Nonprofit organizations that serve low-to-moderate-income neighborhoods

• Neighborhood Revitalization
• Job Creation
• The Environment
• Housing
• Education
