NOTE: Current transit agencies enrolled in the NDDOT Transportation program should go directly into the BlackCat Grant Management Transit Data Management System and complete their applications. Transit Grant - Bus and Bus Facilities Program (ND) Section 5339 - Bus and Bus Facilities program is a capital only grant. This capital program provides funding to replace, rehabilitate, and purchase buses and related equipment, and to construct busrelated facilities. Section 5339 funds cannot be used for operating assistance. Funding Capital projects must have a local match. Capital – 80% FTA and 20% Local. Local Match can only be obligated to one project.
