Tidal Wetlands Protection and Riparian Rights

Tidal wetlands are managed to provide reasonable use while furnishing essential resource protection. A License issued by the MD BPW, or a General License or Permit issued by MDE must be obtained before a person fills, dredges, or alters a tidal wetland.
