The Texas Health Impact Grant Cohort, led by the Texas Pride Community Foundation, aims to empower grassroots organizations addressing HIV/AIDS challenges, particularly among Black and Latinx communities. This three-year program, beginning in January 2026, focuses on linking individuals to care and promoting advocacy. By fostering innovative solutions, TPCF seeks to enhance the health and well-being of those affected by HIV across Texas, ensuring equitable access to resources and support.

Texas Pride Community Foundation (TPCF) is proud to launch our second cohort of the Texas Health Impact Cohort (THICohort), sponsored by the Positive Action AMP program from ViiV Healthcare. We are seeking organizations to support the health and well-being of people living with HIV and people with reasons for prevention through innovative, community-led solutions that address disparities in the epidemic and link people to care
