Technical Education Equipment Grant The purpose of this grant opportunity is to train high school students in advanced manufacturing or construction fields to help address Wisconsin's skilled worker shortage. This grant awards at least one-third of funds in a fiscal biennium to applicants that are school districts eligible for sparsity aid or consortia that include at least one eligible school district. Open to Wisconsin school districts or consortia consisting of multiple school districts.
