The WASH-RAG Professional Services Committee, through a generous grant from the Wallace Genetics Foundation, can provide grants to cover the cost of required "front-end" technical assessments that a Global Grant cannot fund. This program supports the technical due diligence necessary for successful project planning.
Purpose:
To fund technical assessments and expert evaluations needed before a Global Grant can proceed. These assessments help meet project criteria, satisfy local authority requirements, and ensure projects are technically sound and viable.

Submission:

1. Funding Status: What funds have been raised so far

4. Expert Selection: Why and how this contractor or expert was selected
5. Timeline: When will funds be needed and when will work be done
6. Expected Outputs: What will be the output of the work (e.g., report, drawings, tests, photos, survey)
7. Expert Documentation: Provide a CV-resume and proposal from the expert
Review Process:
1. Application reviewed initially to determine if it is appropriate and complete
2. Assigned to a member of the Cadre of Technical Advisors for further review
3. Cadre member reviews for:
- Elements outlined in community assessment
- Technical issues and concerns
- Compliance with Rotary Global Grant requirements
4. If approved, a Coordinator works with the club to monitor work and outputs
