Our Mission

We foster a community of engaged citizens, strengthen social impact organizations, and invest in collaborative solutions – building powerful relationships to tackle our community’s social challenges.

Our Programs

We are a partner-led, venture philanthropy 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports early-stage, BIPOC-led local nonprofits through a combination of unrestricted grants to fund operations and pro bono consulting to tackle projects to accelerate scaling their organizations. Our grantees receive direct support for up to 3 years and remain in our network as alumni. On average, our grantees see ~80% growth in revenue over the course of our 3-year engagement with them, which is 5X the rate of similarly sized nonprofits in Greater Boston.

Unrestricted Grants

We provide unrestricted grants to our grantees for up to 2 years. We allow our grantees to use our grants to support their critical growth needs.
