Note: The Fine Arts Future Development Scholarship supports two different areas of study: 1) Higher Education for graduating seniors, and 2) Summer Music Camp for junior high or high school students. Fine Arts Future Development Scholarship The Fine Arts Future Development Scholarship supports two different areas of study: Higher education for graduating seniorsSummer music camp for junior high or high school students Fine Arts Future Development Higher Education Scholarship Graduation high school seniors in the Solomon Valley area, including Mitchell, Cloud, and Jewell Counties, that are pursuing a major in Instrumental Music or Art. Renewals: Scholarship recipients may reapply as part of the total applicant pool. ​

Eligibility

You can learn more about this opportunity by visiting the funder's website. Applicants are in good standing to qualify for graduation from an accredited high school in the Solomon Valley area, including Mitchell, Cloud, and Jewell Counties. Applicants intend to major in Instrumental Music or Art, at an accredited College, College for the Performing Arts, or Conservatory of the Arts. In the event there are no instrumental music majors or art. majors, other broader music and art majors, including but not limited to music education, vocal music, music therapy, art design, etc. shall be considered. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Applicants shall be involved in Music and/or Art extra-curricular activities, such as League art competitions, Regional/State music contests, etc.
