Survivorship Champion's Prize

Program Description: Awards excellence in survivorship care programs and services that provide life-long health maintenance for survivors of pediatric cancers.

Award Structure:

  • Primary Award: $10,000 to one top-scoring program

  • Special Category Awards: $5,000 each in up to three categories (Program Impact, Collaboration, Scalability)

    • Eligibility:

  • Groups, programs, or institutions

  • Must demonstrate significant advances in programs and services for pediatric cancer survivors

  • Collaboration: Regional consortiums and partnerships addressing survivor needs

  • Scalability: Comprehensive educational support reaching survivors in community settings

  • As of 2022, awarded $75,000 to 12 prestigious survivorship programs

  • Supports programs serving the 500,000+ pediatric cancer survivors in the U.S.
