Mayor’s Office of Housing & Community Development The mission of the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) is to support San Franciscans with affordable housing opportunities and essential services to build strong communities. The department is organized into four divisions: Housing, Community Development, Homeownership and Below Market Rate (HBMR) programs, and Fiscal/Administrative. Supplemental Gender-based Violence Prevention & Intervention Request for Proposals These funds will fund additional GBV Emergency Shelter and Transitional Housing providers not already awarded funding through MOHCD’s Community Development RFP FY25-30 GBV portfolio to further address the needs of both emergency shelter and housing beds by expanding number of accessible beds and diversifying the communities being served.
