Summer Scholarships in Quebec These scholarships are only awarded to students of American nationality to participate in a study program at the Université Laval de Québec during the summer. Any applicant for these scholarships must first become a member of the SPFFA. The courses last approximately four weeks (2 sessions: May-June/July-August). Each scholarship is worth US$5,000.00 intended to cover tuition and most living expenses. Each candidate must compile a file and write an essay in French, the nature of which depends on the candidate's level, and enclose a check for $20 made payable to the SPFFA in order to ensure their membership within the Society.
