Overview
Funder: Riverside County Office of Education, in partnership with LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network and Network Kinection
A summer career training program for graduating high school seniors offering hands-on technical experience, career training workshops, and financial awards to support transition to higher education and employment.
Target Population: Class of 2025 RCOE-graduating pre-apprentices
Eligibility Requirements - Must meet ONE of the following:
- Current or former foster youth
- Pell Grant eligible
- Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) eligible
- Graduating from a Title 1 School
- Considered low-income
- Formerly incarcerated
- Parenting youth
- Considered to have a disability
Additional Requirements:
- Ability and interest in working full-time and attending community college part-time
- Ability to legally work in the United States
- Must complete application timeline and materials

- Help fulfilling transition requirements for higher education and full-time employment
