STS/EACTS Latin America Cardiovascular Surgery Conference Scholarship Cardiothoracic surgeons, physicians, and residents from around the world at under-resourced institutions who are treating underserved patients, and who demonstrate a financial need are eligible to apply for a travel scholarship to attend the 2025 STS/EACTS/LACES Latin America Cardiovascular Surgery Conference. Purpose TSF offers scholarships for cardiothoracic surgeons, residents, and other physicians at under-resourced institutions that treat underserved patients to attend the 2025 STS/EACTS/LACES Latin America Cardiovascular Surgery Conference. The 2025 STS/EACTS/LACES Latin America Cardiovascular Surgery Conference program will feature a world-class, international faculty who will address and explore the latest developments and best practices in coronary artery disease, congenital heart disease, thoracic aortic disease, atrial fibrillation, and the surgical management of heart failure. In addition to the invited lectures and keynote presentations, the program will include original scientific abstracts in oral and e-Poster sessions, technical videos related to procedural expertise, trials and quality outcomes sessions, and interactive panel discussions The final day of the conference will conclude with a program of ‘hands-on’ skills workshops. Award Amount The TSF Conference Scholarship to attend the 2025 STS/EACTS/LACES Latin America Cardiovascular Surgery Conference is valued at $1,250. Each scholarship covers full conference registration, three nights in a host hotel, and $400 USD travel stipend. Travel stipends are paid upon arrival at the conference. Note that most meals are included in the conference registration; breakfasts are included with your hotel stay.
