We do this through financial contributions and donations of healthcare products and resources. The programs we support align with our goals to improve access to healthcare, enhance STEM education, and strengthen the human-animal bond with a focus on the underserved. BI Cares works closely with our local partners to create and sustain programs that bring people together to strengthen our communities. Our employees engage in our programs and amplify our donations through skills-based volunteerism, applying their talents and experience to help nonprofits fill unmet community needs. Since BI Cares was founded in 2001, we have donated over $37 million to support programs aligned with our goals.

Eligibility

The Foundation provides financial contributions to organizations that are tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.BI Cares supports nonprofit programs that align with its goals to improve access to healthcare, enhance Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education and strengthen the human-animal bond -- all with a focus on helping the underserved. Only programs aligned with goals above will be considered. Connecticut is the geographic focus of programs the BI Cares Foundation supports.
