Scholarships Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation proudly manages over 200 individual scholarship funds, St. Joseph School Scholarship The St. Joseph School Scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior who resides in northern Chautauqua County, and intends to pursue a career teaching children with special needs.
