Purpose: Financial support for personal and career growth through educational opportunities that benefit future career advancement

Eligibility

• Current employees of St. John's United
• Minimum of six months employment tenure
• Must be in good standing within their department

Award Details

• Amount: $1,500 per award
• Distribution: Directly to employee after successful completion of a semester or quarter
• Eligible Institutions: Accredited university, college, or other institution

Requirements for Reimbursement

• Official proof of payment of tuition, fees, and/or books
• Unofficial copy of transcript demonstrating cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
• For certification programs: proof of successfully completing and passing certification

2. Complete Application
   • Ensure all required information is included
   • Incomplete applications will not be considered
3. Gather Required Documentation
   • Official proof of tuition, fees, and/or books payment
   • Unofficial transcript copy showing cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
   • For certification: proof of successful completion and passing
4. Submit to Human Resources

5. Committee Review
   • Scholarship Committee reviews applications
   • Finalists may be asked for in-person interview
6. Notification
   • Recipients notified in writing
   • Must send acknowledgment/thank you upon notification
   • Recipients publicized in Board materials, local media, and St. John's publications
