- Failure to complete the CNA class and meet employment requirements will result in scholarship revocation
- Revoked scholarships must be paid back in full
- Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee scholarship award
- Funds are limited

- Scholarship Committee reviews applications
- Committee determines most qualified recipients
- Finalists may be asked for in-person interview
- Recipients notified in writing
- Recipients must send acknowledgment/thank you upon notification
- Recipients publicized in Board materials, local media, and St. John's publications

- Demonstrate interest in CNA license and St. John's career

4. Committee Review

- Must successfully complete CNA class

- Failure to do so requires full repayment of scholarship
