St. Anne's Credit Union Community Donations

Purpose: Support 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organizations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island service communities

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be a Massachusetts or Rhode Island not-for-profit entity

Must be tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code

Must have received a permanent or advance IRS Determination letter

Must be classified as a publicly supported charity under Sections 170(b)(1)(A)(6) or (a)(2)

Only one application per agency within a 12-month period

Previously approved donations must be completed before new requests can be submitted
