We also oversees programs that serve 20,000 adult learners each year. Special Support Earmarks The purpose of this RFP is to administer state legislative earmarks to Public School districts as outlined in the FY26 state budget. Funding: Approximately $1,384,000 is available as outlined in the state budget 7010-1192 for fund code 1192 for various earmarks to public schools.
