Foundation for Appalachian Ohio The Foundation for Appalachian Ohio is a regional community foundation serving Appalachian Ohio’s 32 counties with the mission to create opportunities for Appalachian Ohio’s citizens and communities by inspiring and supporting philanthropy. Southern Perry County Academic Endowment Fund The Southern Perry County Academic Endowment Fund (SPCAEF) was established in 1987 with the purpose of creating resources to promote learning experiences for the residents of the Southern Local School District. Now, SPCAEF is partnering with FAO to provide scholarships and mini-grants to promote academic excellence and sponsor enrichment opportunities for Southern Local School District students and citizens.
