Scholarships At South Dakota Community Foundation (SDCF), we proudly manage more than 350 scholarship funds in partnership with generous donors who are committed to supporting students. These scholarships offer countless opportunities to help ease the financial burden of continuing their education. South Dakota Farm Bureau Scholarship To provide financial support for scholarships as recommended by the South Dakota Farm Bureau. The South Dakota Farm Bureau is committed to supporting agriculture across our state. This scholarship is designed to honor young people with a passion for agriculture and a dedication to their rural communities. It aims to provide scholarships to youth who plan to return to rural areas to work and contribute to the continued vitality of these communities.

Eligibility

Statewide scholarship is available to all South Dakota students whose parents or guardians are current members of the South Dakota Farm Bureau and have been members for at least two years.Applicants can choose to be considered for an agriculture-focus or community-focus scholarship, depending on their major and/or experience with agriculture Cumulative GPA of 2.5 after their first semester of post-secondary education Must be 17 years of age or older, a high school graduate or a college freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior. If still in high school, must have an expected graduation date.Attending any college, university, or technical college
