Status: Active (redesigned from Community Priorities Program)

Geographic Scope: Minnesota (Twin Cities area)

Focus Areas: Three rotating annual priorities:
1. Elderly Programs (cycle year 1) - Services to help seniors live independently
- Home-delivered meals
- Transportation
- In-home medical assistance
- Home safety modifications
- Senior center programs

2. Youth Programs (cycle year 2)

3. Pregnancy and Single Parent Services (cycle year 3)

Eligibility:

Nonprofit organizations serving vulnerable populations

Past recipients of CCF support preferred

High-quality program track record

Funding Details:

Award range: $8,000-$12,000 per grant

Example year (2016 elderly focus): $85,000 distributed to 8 organizations

Applications currently solicited by invitation only due to limited funding

General operating support

Program-specific initiatives

Services supporting vulnerable elderly, youth, and families in need

Designed to help the most needy in the community. Due to limited funding, CCF typically only funds about one-third of qualified applications received.
