- Coaching commitment verified by Soccer Shots
- Demonstrated financial need via completed FAFSA

- Graduate occupational therapy
- Undergraduate juniors and seniors in early assurance or accelerated physical therapy or occupational therapy programs

5. Verification of Soccer Shots coaching commitment from Soccer Shots
