Smart Start Requests for Proposals

Overview: Guilford County Partnership for Children (GCPC) allocates over $5 million annually in Smart Start funding to support young children, families, and early childhood educators in Guilford County. The Smart Start program was created in 1993 as an innovative solution to address school readiness. GCPC is one of 75 Local Partnerships that cover all 100 North Carolina counties and was established locally in 1996.
