Smart Start Requests for Proposals

Guilford County Partnership for Children (GCPC) allocates over $5 million annually in Smart Start funding to support young children, families, and early childhood educators in Guilford County. The Smart Start program was created in 1993 as an innovative solution to address school readiness.
