( SIT ) Student Intensive Training Award Grant

The Arkansas Space Grant Consortium (ASGC) is offering the Student Intensive Training (SIT) Award aimed at undergraduate students interested in aerospace research. This program supports multiple student projects within a single STEM study area, fostering collaboration and innovation. While several undergraduate projects may be funded, graduate students may have restrictions on participation. This initiative enhances educational opportunities and encourages exploration in critical aerospace topics.

The Arkansas Space Grant Consortium (ASGC), a participant in the National Space Grant College and Fellowship Program (NSGCFP), invites applicants to apply for the Student Intensive Training (SIT) program. This program is designed to support multiple undergraduate student projects grouped around one STEM study area, typically a research topic area. For undergraduate students only multiple student projects will be successfully awarded, while graduate student projects could potentially have only one participant.
The project area will be a focus study towards an aerospace research topic or important training topic.
