Sisters Helping Sisters Grant Program

Overview:
The Sisters Helping Sisters program empowers community in affiliate chapters to deliver effective breast health programs. Sisters Network Inc. National office provides grant funding to select SNI affiliate chapters annually through a competitive grant application process to conduct breast health outreach programming and education in their respective communities.

Purpose:
To address the disproportionate impact of breast cancer in the black communities served by Sisters Network® Inc. affiliate chapters through transformational outreach programs.

Program Focus:
Sisters Helping Sisters program builds on new and/or existing successful models of community engagement at the affiliate chapter level to deliver effective and sustainable breast health programs through a variety of platforms.

Eligibility:

• Sisters Network® Inc. affiliate chapters
• Chapters must be in good standing

Geographic Scope:
Affiliates in: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin
