Sharing Success Grant Program

Funder: Rio Grande Electric Cooperative Inc (RGEC) and energy partners

Purpose: Provide grants to deserving non-profit organizations that would ultimately benefit member-consumers and their communities

Geographic Scope: Service territory includes Brewster, Crockett, Culberson, Dimmit, Edwards, El Paso, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, Kinney, Maverick, Pecos, Presidio, Reeves, Terrell, Uvalde, Val Verde, Webb and Zavala counties in Texas, and Eddy and Otero counties in New Mexico.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be a non-profit organization

  • Organization must be located in one of the counties in RGEC's service territory

  • Organization does not need to be served by Rio Grande Electric
  • Announcement Process:
    Winners are announced at the Co-op's Annual Meeting

    Sharing Success Grant Nomination Process

    Submission Methods:
    1. Complete the Nomination Form (PDF available on website)
    2. Return form using one of the following methods:
    - Submit to your local RGEC area office
    - Enclose with your electric payment
    - Mail to: PO Box 1509, Brackettville, TX 78832
