Romay Davis Belonging, Inclusion and Diversity Grant At Southeastern Grocers (SEG), we are committed to a culture of belonging and we take pride in being an inclusive environment where we celebrate our differences. The SEG Gives Foundation Romay Davis Belonging, Inclusion and Diversity Grant Program is focused on supporting local non-profit organizations and their work to serve diverse sectors that  address  racial disparities in health care, education and food insecurity.During the SEG Gives Foundation, Romay Davis Belonging, Inclusion and Diversity Grant Program request period, organizations from across SEG's footprint can apply for grants ranging from $5,000 to $25,000.

Eligibility

Must serve minority communities within SEG's footprintMust have been in operation for three years minimumMust possess exemption by the Internal Revenue Service under section 501(c)(3) of the tax codeMust show proof of a current, satisfactory audit conducted by a certified public accountant. If the organization's annual budget is too small to warrant an audit, a mini-audit or certified financial statement will be accepted in the place of a full audit.All grantees and programs must operate within SEG's footprint. Grant requests must be submitted through the online platform SPONSORIUM.Grantees will be required to complete an end-of-year report on their work and share data, stories, and photos related to the program with SEG.
