Residents of Luce Township in Spencer County, Indiana, who are high school graduates and who have earned at least eighteen credit hours towards a college degree within the past ten years. Applicants must have a minimum 2.0 cumulative grade point average (4.0 scale) from previous college coursework and must be planning to pursue a 2- or 4-year degree in healthcare or agriculture at any accredited college, university or technical school.
