We will either: invite a formal submission, request more information, or indicate the application does not meet our criteria.

Eligibility

Nonprofit charitable organizations that are exempt from federal taxes under section 501(c) (3) of the IRS Revenue Code can apply for grant.
In general, our new grants focus on the San Francisco Bay Area. If your organization is not serving this geographic area, please indicate why our foundation would be an appropriate partner.
