Sarasota Bay Partners Grants Sarasota Bay Partners Grants are competitive awards (up to $10,000 in 2022) for projects in the Sarasota Bay watershed that promote habitat and water quality restoration, environmental education, community involvement, and stewardship to improve the overall quality of Sarasota Bay and its tributaries. 2026 Priority Points: Power in Partnerships To promote local collaboration and strengthen community bonds, the Sarasota Bay Partners Grant Committee has identified "Power in Partnerships" as the priority theme for 2026. Applicants who partner with one or more local, non-commercial organizations, such as nonprofits, grassroots programs, or youth groups, will receive an additional 5 points toward their overall application score. To qualify, your application must clearly explain how your project aligns with this theme and describe why the partnership is significant to the success of your project. Projects do not have to meet the priority theme to be considered for funding.
