Summary

CarMax proudly supports local nonprofit organizations in Richmond, Virginia through its RVA Sponsorships program. Applications are accepted annually from September 1 to October 15 for initiatives aimed at enhancing community engagement, sustainability, and connection. Eligible activities must occur within designated local areas. Priority is given to projects that encourage employee volunteerism. However, the program does not fund table sponsorships, fundraising events, or business ventures.

Note: Sponsorship applications are only accepted through our online system from September 1st to October 15th for sponsorship opportunities during the following fiscal year, which starts March 1. RVA Sponsorships CarMax is proud to partner with a limited number of nonprofit organizations in our hometown of Richmond, Virginia to support events and activities that make Richmond a great place to live, work, and play. CarMax Richmond Sponsorship Focus Areas: Opportunity: Champion access and opportunities that open new doors.Sustainability: Propel environmental sustainability efforts.Connection: Foster signature community events that make Richmond a great place to live, work, and play for all.
