Background: TCD received grant funding in 2020 and 2022 to establish this revolving loan fund to provide contractors and developers with additional opportunities to provide or improve housing in the three-county area.

2% fixed interest rate for rehabilitation projects
Favorable loan terms with reasonable monthly payments
