Bridges gaps and resolves barriers between Oregon's veterans living in rural areas and the healthcare benefits they've earned.
This program uses lottery funds from the Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs dedicated by the Oregon Legislature. ODOT cannot use these funds for maintenance or agency operations.
Match Requirements
There is no local match required for this program. Coordinated applications between STIF Agencies or through purchased services contracts with common providers is encouraged.
